Heritage Family Pools - Terms and Conditions for Pool Purchase and Installation
Thank you for choosing Heritage Family Pools! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the terms of our pool installation service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Included in Your Pool Installation Package
Your pool installation package includes the following:

Pool: The selected pool model, including all necessary components for assembly and installation.

Shipping: Delivery of the pool and included systems to your installation site.

Sand Filter System: A sand filter system to help keep your pool clean and clear.

Saltwater System: A saltwater system for easy maintenance and gentle water quality.

Lighting: 1-2 pool lights, depending on your chosen pool model, for evening and nighttime enjoyment.

Plumbing: All plumbing necessary to connect and operate the included systems.

Installation: Professional installation of all components included in your package.
2. Items Not Included
Please note that the following items are not included in the base pool installation package:

Hardscape: Any hardscaping around the pool area, such as decking, patios, or retaining walls. Hardscape services can be added upon request for an additional cost.

Electrical Work: Electrical connections for the pool and included systems are not part of the installation package. We will provide you with the specifications required for your electrician to complete the necessary electrical work.
3. Special Pricing Terms
Our special pricing offer is valid for orders placed by September 16. Installation under this special pricing must be scheduled between October and March. Orders placed after September 16 or installations scheduled outside of this period may be subject to different pricing.
4. Potential Additional Costs
While we strive to provide accurate pricing, certain unforeseen circumstances during installation may lead to additional costs. These include, but are not limited to:

Rock or Other Subsurface Conditions: If we encounter rock or other challenging subsurface conditions during excavation, additional labor or equipment may be required.

Crane Services: If access to your backyard is restricted, a crane may be necessary to place the pool, resulting in additional charges.

Special Issues: Any other unexpected issues that arise during installation may affect the final cost. We will communicate any potential cost increases as soon as they are identified.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit is required at the time of order to secure your equipment and installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. In the event of additional costs due to the issues outlined in Section 4, payment for these costs will be due upon the final billing.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the installation date will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability, but may be subject to additional fees if made less than 30 days prior to the original installation date.
7. Liability
Heritage Family Pools is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities or other property not disclosed prior to installation. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure the installation site is ready and accessible, and that all required permits are obtained prior to the start of work.
